There's NO CHARGE for admission, however, donations and RSVPs are greatly appreciated for the expenses incurred for the catered food and the venue set-up. It would be best if you could RSVP before August 1 but if you should find you actually can attend after that date passes, come anyway. Food, soft drinks, music, and water will be provided in an air-conditioned building. Alcohol is BYOB.
